Any CO folks interested in grass fed beef?

Preface: Trying to help out a cattle farmer in CO

We buy a 1/4 - 1/2 beef every year and just placed our order for this spring. In talking to him, he asked if I knew anyone who\'d be interested in some ground beef as he had to put one of his bulls down(broke leg I think). Anyhow, it\'s $4/lb and he\'s got like 800 lbs! I\'ll be heading down that way sometime in February so thought if anyone in the Pueblo/Colorado Springs/Denver area were interested then I could pick up when there and wouldn\'t be any extra costs.

Hmmm - thinking this might should be in the Classifieds??

Yeah, he\'s a good guy and all grass fed beef. When we get our 1/4 or 1/2 side, the overall price was $4/lb including steaks and roasts which is REALLY a good deal. Might be just a touch more expensive this year but not much.

We\'ll likely have more steaks and roasts on this cow and pickup some of this ground to fill in.
