Was hoping for some insight on a certain area in northern Arizona. My fianc? and I both drew bull elk tags for the kachina peaks elk hunt within area 7east(oct-5/oct-11) I have hunted other units over the years south of flagstaff and know water sources can be an issue in certain areas. Just hoping someone can give me some better information in regards to water sources, thickness of cover for glassing at higher elevation and overall how they would go about hunting this unit.
