I have heard of the zipper pull problems. I know BL will fix any problems or replace the pack. I have a 2200 that has held up fine. I would like to try the new design of the 2200. It is lighter and the pockets are different plus the belt is shorter. My belt is all the way tightened for my 32 inch waist. I tried a 4500 on and it fell off of me. I like mine fine but wish it had another strap across the back. The newer 2200 does. It has 3 straps which will help hold a bag of deboned meat in. I had problems with one bag trying to slip out in 2014.
