What type of bino case or chest harness do you use?
I\'ve been using my buddies KUIU bino case and I am HOOKED!!!!

What the heck have I been doing all of my life without these?

If you do a lot of hiking and glassing, do yourself a favor and get yourself a chest harness!

I\'ve put them through some pretty hardcore test so far and they hold up great.
Needless to say, I have a KUIU package heading to my house right now. :silent:

I use a crooked horn harness. No complaints. Sometimes I wish it protected the glass like some of the harnesses that have a little ouch but it works fine. Hardest part is remembering to put it on before I get my pack all situated and snugged down only to realize I have to take everything off and start over.

I went cheap and just recently ordered a cabelas harness. Tried it on and it\'s awesome! Can\'t wait to use it in the field. Same as you Dan, I can\'t believe I\'ve gone all these years without using one.

Haha I have that already!!!!
I got all set up and then looked down at the bino case... DARN IT!

It\'s like night and day. I used to wear my pack and then just have binos hanging around my neck.
They would move too much, get in my way, but I would just put up with it.

This new case is unbelievable. I crawled more than I can possibly explain on my oryx hunt and they were perfectly fine and protected, they didnt bother me at all. Same thing on the barbary hunt!

I can shoot my bow easily with them on too, you can\'t beat it!

I have a Cabelas harness. LOVE the thing. Not sure I would like one with a cover or bag. I haven\'t tried one though.

Thats what the KUIU one is. Has a little cover and it\'s VERY NICE.
Protects it while I do my death crawls and is still VERY quick to be opened and closed.

You don\'t lose out on too much time.

I might have to check yours out in 32 days.

I use an FHF. Love it mostly. It\'s a tad noisy. Had a mulie hear me at 70 yards. Surprised me.

I have great glass. It\'s difficult for me to just let them swing around.

I bought a badlands full bino pouch for last years hunt. im 50/50 on it. the protection is nice along with extra storage. I can hang my bow on it when I stop and take a break or to glass. when you are in the timber and into elk, its a pita to open the lid and pull out the binos quietly though.....and you have to open the lid to put the binos back in, it uses magnets.....

Guess I\'m the odd man out! I\'m old school and have never fell into the big name / hi hype stuff out there today. Especially a little pouch that cost $80 and weighs 1/2 pound.

I just sling my glass over my shoulder and under my arm on the other side. This has worked great for me for over 37 years. I just can\'t imagine get my feet tangled and doing a face plant with a pair of 10x42s on my chest. Sounds like a good way to break your sternum.

I just keep my neck strap fairly short, and that works good for me. I\'ve tried several of the \"bras\" out there, and they are ok, but there are things I don\'t like:

1. The bulk in front of me.
2. Taking them off to take off a jacket, or put one on.

I have been using the crooked horn for many years and they have worked great and are not very costly at all.

Been eyeing the Alaskan Guide Creations models as they have been getting great reviews.

I used an FHF bino case for a short time. It was custom made from a saddle cloth material and pretty quiet. Took several months to get it. I felt like I was wearing a small suitcase. Went back to the Crooked Horn Harness.
