Thought I would pass along a pretty good item that I was given last year. It is a Fiskars 6" sliding pruning saw. My dad gave it to me for cutting limbs off, but I immediately thought of using it in my pack for a bone saw. It is very light weight and the blade retracts into a plastic cover, perfect in the pack. This past season I was able to try it out and it worked like a dream. Cut bone like butter. I have attached of pic of it, I think you can find them for around $10 or so.

I carry a wyoming saw also.  I use the guttless method for taking care of the meat, just use the saw for the antlers
