I\'m in and will also kick in $25 to the winning team\'s charity. That\'ll make me feel better if I don\'t score on an elk.

I may get my wife to sign up since she\'s hunting unit 61 this year and 10-12 points on the contest! :)

Derek, you don\'t know me that well - my hunting mojo needs some refinement! I could get my wife added, team up with Lou, Brad and a couple other \"professionals\" and that would just ensure Dan and his team harvest 2 freak non-typical NM elk with like 30 points between them!! :)

Guess it really wouldn\'t be fair to everyone else but Dan and his team!! Still fun! Granted, if I have a cow come by my stand you can bet I ain\'t holding out for a bull to get a few points. :mg:

Ok, I\'ll play. I have 2 good friends coming from sea level this season and my main goal is to tag them out. My own personal success is taking a back seat in pursuit of a few BIG smiles on the faces of my buddies :upthumb: Can I enter one of their bulls? If not, I suppose I\'ll have to shoot one myself ;) It\'s almost here folks! Good luck to all!

I have this silly little feeling inside me saying that you won\'t have any issue shooting an elk this year :D
 
OK I\'m in but only if I can have Jaquomo, Troy from Glacier Country Calls, and Jeff from Elk Mt. Gear on my team. I figure with a total knee replacement in April that I favored so much I messed up my L2 & L3 in my lower back, I need all the help I can get. I\'ll be lucky if I even get to go this year.

Oh wow, Bill.... full replacement? I hope you\'ve been healing up nicely. I can\'t imagine that feeling very good at all, but I am sure it\'ll feel much better once you have gone through the full rehabilitation period.





and I hope you know by rehabilitation period, I mean elk hunting :D

Being the old elk addict I know you are, you\'ll figure out a way to limp out there and kill a bull :upthumb:
