the rain..phoosh. i think my wife and i saved CA from the drought. how? we bought a house with a flat roof and a leak over the rear sliding door. my first flat roof house and talk about nerve racking. it is a brand new welded seam, polyurethane bad ass roof and it turns out i have nothing to worry about except making sure the drains dont clog. it is warrantied for 40 years..i\'ll be dead, or drooling on myself by then.
my door..hahhah..a leak!! i covered it outside with plastic over the stucco. summer, i will have the stucco redone over the door. i suspect they didnt flash it.
the rain was a lot. a lot a lot. for us at least.
job security, since the roads are washing out.
and i think SPRING turkey is going to be stepping back up. the drought beat the birds up.
i live in Santa Rosa. and since moving here, santa rosa just beat the all time record of most rain. hahahah..we got the brunt of the rain in the entire area.
