CO 2017 Leftover License Sales

Today, one can purchase Colorado Big Game leftover licenses over the internet (yesterday was in person and telephone only). I was able to pick up a list B cow elk tag for 2nd rifle season, so check it out if you didn\'t draw a tag, or are looking for a list B or list C tag.

I didn\'t realize that the CPW changed things around this year as well. It looks like there is no reissue preview anymore and licenses will be randomly added to the leftover page throughout each day. Guess I need to start paying more attention!

I made the mistake of trying to buy my son his small game license yesterday at Walmart since I had other shopping to do. I really felt like a dumbass since ATFrith had just posted up that he was in line for the leftover licenses. There must have been 20+ people in line and half of them had raided the camping chair isle because they were sitting in camping chairs while in line.

Yeah I joined the masses yesterday morning at Walmart. Got there an hour early and decided to leave around 10 because CPW\'s systems had crashed. I was only after a doe tag for 3rd rifle to add to my collection so no biggy.

I decided to stop by a different Walmart on my way back to work. Only 2 other people in line and I got my tag and was back in the office by 10:30.

Got in line at 7:30 at a state park. Was number 7. At 10. Number 4 checked list and all 3 of my wish list was gone. Was not a total lost as we visited and told hunting stories. Staff at park bought donuts and bottle water for us. Great staff at this park.
