Don\'t I remember in years past that the same thing happened to folks like Lark and even then having leftovers for a leftover draw in the same unit????

I drew an \"insurance\" cow tag in an LE unit as a second choice just in case I don\'t get to hunt much this fall. Dead cow walking
 
For those that didn\'t draw and thought they should, two things: first off, double check that there is no 500 code there. Even though you draw, the 400 code remains on there as well. Second, make sure your first choice wasn\'t for a preference point. If it was, then you would have to draw with no preference points on a second choice option. It seems some of our camp messed that one up this year :silent:

She\'s not looking for a big bull, just any bull.

I\'ve seen photos of herds of hundreds, if not thousands, of elk coming from there. Could be neat.

I think there will be more hunters there than she was expecting, though. 31 EE and 40 EF tags.

Unit 61 is nothing to scoff at by any means! It doesn\'t take 20 points to draw and there are good bulls in the unit.

WW - get out your Hoochie Mama and start practicing in case I need you at the end of Sept during rut! :lol:

Roman, given the tags you\'ve drawn this year, it\'s surprising you can even keep your hunt units straight!

Dave and his band of young\'uns will put the hurt on a bull in 61 and I have an idea where that might occur. :)

Dave, we had a sucky rifle hunt in 61 last year but I can email you the coord of the one bull we got a shot on. 330-340\". It\'s outside of Nucla somewhere.

Russ: Are you coming over to hang some game cameras? If so, pick me up on the way through. I have 3 cameras that need broke in that I\'ll loan ya.
