Colorado Unit 60

I try and hunt elk every year in Colorado, I'm looking at a totally new hunt this year. I have always hunted 1st or 2nd rifle, well this year i'm looking at 3rd rifle (due to being at work 1st & 2nd) for unit 60. Any advise would be greatly appreciated on both 3rd rifle and unit 60. Thanks
