Montana Black Gold, great customer service. Fell and broke a piece on my Vengeance, called them and they shipped the parts no questions ask. Except by me asking how much and was told 0 covered under warranty.
 
Second that. The photochromatic pieces on my black gold rush sight stopped changing in the sunlight, emailed them and had replacement parts at my house within several days at no charge. Great Guys
 
Good customer service can make or break a company for me. I like hearing other people's experiences. Helps me decide if I want to do business with them.
My props would go to Mathews Bows. When I was deployed overseas I sent them a letter explaining something that needed to be repaired on my Z-Max. Not only did Matt McPherson write me back himself telling me Mathews will repair it for free, he sent me a stack of hunting magazines! 14 years later I snapped a limb on my 11 year old Legacy & they repaired that for free too.
