spendy though.....

Thanks. This past winter, I looked at the trail cooking site and decided I was too lazy to make my own.

I buy packitgourmet meals, plus their freeze dried meats and veges to add to things to make a meal. I don\'t eat as much as you guys, so my food costs are much lower. For 10 days of hunting, I may spend$125-150 between packitgourmet and grocery store bought stuff. However, my other hunting expenses (gear) went way down when I started buying packitgourmet meals which made it doable with my hunting budget.

Whole foods sells dehydrated veges in the bulk section.

part of me wants to be lazy and just buy the mtn houses. then I start thinking of the cost and bam, I start thinking of making my own again. I was going to pull the trigger on some mtn houses today, for our wyo trip next week, and then seeing the $100 price tag for a supper and lunch for all 5 of us..... bam, we are making our own :D

thanks for the generous offer. I have plenty of deer steaks to bring out. I need to make room for that elk that im bringing home in September :D
