i\'ve pretty much pared it down to only water and coffee for my day to day life.

(beer, wine, scotch..i consider \"food\" and i barely partake)

i think i drink enough water at home. i ALWAYS have a big giant glass of ice water with me. at work? its questionable. maybe 60 oz? i slug a big glass before the long commute home because i jog when i get there..i want to be hydrated. sometimes it backfires when i have to pee badly in a traffic jam. foot tapping good time, talking to myself when that happens.

you? are you drinking enough water?

hunting and hiking..yes. i drink plenty of water. i take a big camelback bladder and a nalgene with me. i do work Wilderness Athelete hydrate (or die) and recover into the routine. i think it works..at least mentally.

I feel like I drink a lot of water, but it probably isn\'t enough. I have days where I feel like I drink a ton of it and then others where I don\'t. While hunting, I feel like I slam water and gatorade, but I am not sure even that is enough because of how much I typically sweat.

I admit.
Im NOT a big water drinker.
If I do, it has to be room temp water and then I can guzzle it.
Cold water... ehh!

80 ounces at work daily.

Then, another 32 or so when I get home. On my days off I actually drink less because I\'m not as \"regimented\" as I am at work. When hunting, I use the color of my urine as a gauge for hydration.

1.25 gallons a day minimum. Not much more than that though.

If you see me walking around somewhere, I usually have a gallon of water in my hand.
