Does anyone here garden?

i\'m ready for some raised beds.

sadly, i need to wait a season or two. my space is where i tore out that satanic bamboo. i need a couple of seasons to make sure no escapee-demon-spawn-bamboo shoots pop up. it would be a bummer to build my beds up and have sprout come up out of them.

killing bamboo takes time. i see two solid \"farmer\'s market\" seasons for me :(

Working from OK for 2 weeks while visiting my parents so thought I\'d share a pic of my mom\'s pantry Dan.

Salsa, stewed italian tomatoes, tomato soup, green tomato relish, pickled beets and some jellies. She makes pickles, dill and bread/butter, but does in refrigerator without canning. They last an incredible amount of time in the fridge.

Dill pickles, bread and butter pickles, pickled okra and pickled jalapenos/carrots/onions. Mmmmmm!

Nice Russ..... My grandmothers basement is the same way. Lots of canned stuff. I like the bread and butter pickles and sweet relish.
