Elk fix

Even though I dont live in an "elk" state, Pennsylvania does have an elk herd,
I went to a fur sale last weekend near the elkherd, so we spent the day searching for elk. The kids counted 153

The Rock Mountain Elk Foundation, Elk County and the state have partnered for an awesome Information center near Benezette

I thought this bull was a roadkill, but he was grooming himself.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission estimates 700-800 elk spread out over a five county area of around 800 square miles.
In the past several years there has been limited hunting with some true trophy bulls being harvested.
