i was searing slices of deer meat for a stirfry. my stove is regular heat, so i have to cook the components separate in a skillet and put it all together at the end. one piece of venison hit the pan and was there for about one second. i was compelled to pick it up and try it. just a tiny sear..ZERO seasoning. nothing.
it was damn good! just like pure meat. it was just on there long enough to not be refrigerator cool.
