Favorite Recipe

Just curious what everyone's favorite wild game recipe is.  My favorite is tenderloin, either deer, elk, or antelope fresh from the day.  I take about 1/4 stick of butter and melt.  I then add sliced onions and Lowery's salt.  Once the onions have cooked for a while I then add the tenderloin and slow cook.  Easily done at camp or home.

Me too!  It can be time consuming to look at all the pages, but I will be happy to look at all of your recipes, regardless of how deep I must search.

I use this for ground venison and elk,
I use about a 1 1/2# of ground meat,
1 egg
1 tablespoon sweet baby rays BBQ sauce
mix thoroughly, press firmly into 1/2 cup measuring cup,
remove from cup and form patty, Than grill to your liking
Toast the bun in skillet with butter.

My wife and kids love them. My wife says it is THE best burger she has had.
