First camp dinner of the season....

Gonna be a Mountain House.

I\'m hoping it\'s at like Midnight...that would mean I was very lucky this Year ;)

Yeah, ours are roughly 6:30am to 7:00pm, giving us just under 12 hours. Definitely makes a difference.

I open my food tote containing my packitgourmet meals and I go even \"Eeny, meeny, miny, moe\". Works for picking dodge ball teams and it works for selecting a meal too.

Closing week, I get to sleep in an extra 20 minutes compared to opening week.

Personally, my old eyes can\'t see well past sunset, so I have given up staying out until closing time. If I can\'t see to shoot, I am not staying out. In general, I can see okay out to 20 yards until about 10 minutes after sunset. I hunt in pine forest which gets dark pretty fast. Rain makes it harder to see.

yeah, there definitely isn\'t much dark time..... roll into camp around 9:30 and try to unwind and eat, while hopefully trying to get atleast 6 hours of sleep. it isn\'t easy...... that\'s why the meals are :D
