1) What state(s) are you hunting this year?

Idaho

2) How many days are you hunting

As far as elk goes, I'll spend around 10 days for myself, and another 10 or so split up in shorter blocks focusing on other family members

3) What percentage chance would you give yourself in filling your tag?

75% success

Hunting Colorado 5 days opening weekend/week and then 4th week archery. I think 60% chance. I?m going with some friends that have been successful in the area the past couple years. Hope to learn from them and apply that my area for the 4th week if I don?t tag out the first trip.

I will be hunting Colorado for 9 days straight.  My expectations for percent chance to be successful is 25%.

I will be hunting archery in Idaho. I will have 7 full days on the ground. Overall, I probably have 8 to 10 percent chance for success. If the opportunity presents I will be prepared but getting that opportunity can be elusive. I am excited first time to Idaho. Going with two good buddies expecting an adventure!
