Full Moon?

Hi everyone.  I'm new here and was just curious on what everyone thinks on Elk hunting with a full moon.  We had planned on going out a week later this year but I just noticed it was a full moon.  I know back here in WV when it is a full moon the deer move late at night and in the middle of the day.  Are elk the same and does it change your hunting strategies?  Thanks.
