No, it has not been out of the box.  I got it for Christmas and want to fund some binos instead.  Especially since we do get a bit of dell service where I hunt.

I love my Garmin InReach SE. It goes everywhere with me - snowmobiling, ice fishing and even traveling.


When I leave for the mtns, in 10 mins I am in a canyon with no cell service for 60 miles.
Nice to have that 'insurance'


I also pay for the minimum plan each month, never suspend the service.
