As the hunting seasons are winding down, what gear failures did you have?

I had a Big Agnes Insulated Core mattress fail - valve / leaks. In fact I had 2 of them fail.
I contacted BA and sent them in.

They warrantied them both and sent me 2 new upgraded pads

Nothing yet, but sorry if this doesn't fit the bill; I am incredibly impressed with my Kuiu Yukon. I was expecting to get super hot in it hiking around last weekend in the snow but it kept me dry and my temp was great. Great jackets

Mine were the 2016 moultrie cameras I bought.  They are the 888 models.  I used them a few months last year and they were fine, but neither of them worked this year.  There were multiple issues with them.  My 2013 and 2014 models worked like champs.

I did start with some brownings and stealth cams this year and I'm very impressed so far.

Dan, did you check in with Moultrie to see if they are covered under warranty? I had a Primos camera that started taking on water this year. Opened it up and the batteries were corroded, the lens was fogged up, and there was literally water inside of it. Ended up sending it in to them and they sent me a brand new camera.

That was my only real piece of gear that failed me this year, other than my rifle scope during my antelope hunt, but let's just call that one user error, lol!

I had contacted them, but there wasn't any warranty covering it.... I ate those two cams...
I think they will make some great targets for the tikka ;)

Rain gear. I went somewhat cheap thinking I wouldn?t need any being that it was my first trip. We got rained on 3 of the 7 days. I will definitely be investing in some top of te line gear for next season!
