Keeping your body healthy is as important as getting in shape.
I take a daily multi-vitamin in addition to my daily activities.
This especially helps when things get real busy and meals arent as balanced as they should be.

I\'d say to make sure you breath. I know, it sounds stupid but when I was running a lot I noticed I\'d take half breaths and not really fill my lungs. It caused me to tire more quickly. Hell, sometimes when I\'m excited and talking I catch myself out of breath! I have to remind myself to slow down and breath fully.
It may sound dumb but try it on your next hike...really focus on your breathing.
