What are some of the names you have in your GPS?

I have quite a few so I have to name them to remember them!

Here are some of mine

Rub City
Oolala
Circle
Boneyard
Willow Crossing
Air Bow

Wood Y
Rock Y

High Road
Low Road

Great topic ... off the top of my head, I can think of

I\'ve often thought: I have lousy names for these, and they might be \"identifiable\" ... I should just go with colors, like \"Green 1\".
 
My absolute favorite name and place to hunt also:

Ol\' Drake hole (named for my favorite black lab and the last hole we hunted together before he when to that \"Glory Hole\" in the sky)

I have so many but most are named after folks we hunted with and certain experience that occurred while hunting them... :D :D

Picture Log is second...

Valley of Death is third...

Nate\'s hole

Suck hole (this one is new and could become a favorite since it sucks the mallards out of the sky as my oldest grand boy said)

One More hole

And my favorite name for a hole is 747 cause it was big enough to land a 747 in not may duck though.... :lol: :lol:

That\'s great.... As a matter of fact I have 2 marked on my GPS.... 1 for duck hunting and 1 for deer hunting....
 
man, my location names are boring!

being an enginerd, I number everything, by unit then by hunt location ie..... 71-20 (unit 71, hunt location 20).

now FIELD generated names.... those are better. I was thinking just yesterday that my \"13\" hunt ought to be renamed the \"Coliseum\" because its in the back of a huge north facing bowl.
 
I got a lot of numbered way points marked on my GPS.... Like \"Ice Storm 1998\" and \"357 Mag\" and \"2004 Waterhole/Wallow).... So numbers ain\'t bad... :D :D
 
I typically stick with numbers as well...guess I gotta get more creative!

As a side note, Brad, you mind sending me the coordinates to \"Bone Yard?\" The other areas sound boring, but that one intrigues me :D
