Just thought I'd share one of the best meat books I've found. It's mostly about the meat and not a lot about hunting itself other than the stories that go along with the harvest. It's called From Mountain to Tabletop by Matt Pelton. Last I'd heard he was from around Provo I believe. Anyway, I really learned a lot about meat care, preparation, aging, etc. so I thought I'd post a picture of it in case anyone's interested in learning more. There's no meat cutting diagrams but there are several great receipes in the back. Sells for around $10.
