So I hit my target weight sometime in the previous month. I'd been busy all summer and hammering my exercise routine regularly but hadn't been near a scale in a while. Hopped on the one in my girlfriends place yesterday and was kind of blown away to see the scale read 168 lbs. Two years ago when I found this forum and started taking my health more seriously I weighed 210 lbs. I set a fitness goal weight of 170 and have been working hard toward it since then.Kind of hard to believe I'm there. Of course now I'm just upping the ante and pushing my goals higher, but it feels darn good to meet a personal goal.(right before the season opener to boot!)
