Idaho units question

I am looking at hunting Idaho this year and was looking at units 22 and 32a, never been to Idaho but know some people up there and was invited. What are these rules I'm reading about not hunting the National Forrest? Am I reading this correctly and if so, what are the boundaries? Anyone help me out here? Thanks

Those units are pretty crowded as there are a lot of road hunters( ATV/UTV) I hunted them in years past but swore them off. As far as boundaries and where the unit starts and stops the IDFG have pretty detailed maps on there sight I would check if I were you.

If you read that a certain hunt is only allowed OUTSIDE of the National Forest System Boundary, then I would take that to mean exactly what it says.


Looks like there are a couple of cow hunt opportunities in the zone you're referring to which state the above. Looks like plenty of other opportunity in that zone without this rule in place.
