What kind of set up do you have , always looking for ideas Post up some pictures. Me personally am working towards building a "meat Room" on my shop. Been looking to get a walk in cooler something in a 8x8 size , I have a 10 foot double sink with tables on each side. I need to get a good cutters table with the plastic cutting board. . and a stainless table would be nice also.
 
We built our first cooler for hunting season last year. Still working out the kinks. WE have it completely sealed its 8 long by 3 foot wide and have meat hooks and a small ac for it to. Workes great but I'm trying to figure out how much air the meat needs to hang. Last year the meat seems to dry out way to quick so maybe venting it would help?
