Anyone know of some cheap places to stay in southern Iowa?

My dad and I should draw deer tags this year and I\'ve only briefly looked over the map, but did not see much to choose from when I did. We will be in zone 5.
I got rid of my camper so that options is out.

super 8 is common through out Iowa maybe look for one of them

You might look for a campground in the area and use a tent. Some of the bigger ones have electricity that you can use to cook and a small heater in the tent. Some even have showers.

Check if there is a KOA campground around the area.
Most have kamping kabins that are not bad. Bring a sleeping bag, stove, grill and coffee maker with you and you should be set.
I\'ve used these when deer hunting in eastern Colorado and they are comfortable.
The one I stayed at was 35.00 a night much cheaper than most motels.
