Hello, I met cnelk at the Denver Sportsmen\'s Show last weekend and he introduced me to Backtrack Outdoors. From what I\'ve seen and heard, it sounds like you\'re all a pretty tight-knit community that\'s passionate about hunting and sharing your expertise so others can improve. I appreciate the offer to join and opportunity to improve alongside you!

A little more about me: Based out of the mountains in Colorado, I met my now business partner Bill the morning I shot my very first elk with a bow. We\'ve spent a lot of time hunting together since, and have teamed up to take down some nice elk! Since before I even met him, Bill (a mechanical engineer) had been engineering his own broadhead for maximum penetration and accuracy at distance. Though originally designed primarily for himself, close friends, and family, we decided to team up beyond the wild to offer his broadheads to other hunters that demand maximum penetration and accuracy. Since we were also tired of our broadheads getting destroyed after being shot into targets and animals, we decided to make them with optimal materials so we could slap a lifetime guarantee on them.

Thanks again for the introduction cnelk. I\'m looking forward to joining the conversation!

A big wELKome to you Eric. Hope to see many post from you and more information about the new heads. :welcome:

Howdy Eric!
Welcome!

Post up some pics of that great looking broadhead for all to see.

One thing I noticed is the rear blades were sharpened on the back.
Good idea!

Thanks all for the warm welcome!!! I have a feeling I\'m going to be spending way too much time on this site! :upthumb:

Here is a pic of our 100 grain broadhead a customer emailed us. He said his twin sent it through a cow elk, then he sent it through a bull elk at 57 yards a few days later. He said he was going to clean it up to use again next year! Music to my ears!

Welcome Eric!
Those are some mean looking broadheads!

I\'m always looking to try new stuff to put through animals vitals. :mg:
Glad to have you aboard!!!

I lost an arrow and broadhead when it zipped through my bull this year. I looked for a good 30 minutes in the tall grass but didn\'t have any luck. I was pissed! 12 dollar arrow and 12 dollar head...if I lost one of these I\'d be back with a metal detector!!!!

those are nice!!

i kinda been thinking about swapping to a two-blade like these. my buddy kinda missed a turkey with one of the competitors and the blade literally \"plowed\" across the back, killing the bird instantly.

like above, i would freak sending those after an animal without a backstop..:) $33 ea..i would track that thing down!
