Jerkey formulas

Smoker is going strong right now with a load of elk....think it is the 4th batch since October....2 elk give you lots of extra jerky meat...lol.

My recipe is simple but easy to expand or just keep it the same.....been using for bout 15 years!

4 cups soy sauce
2 cups worcestershire sauce
2 tbs salt
2 tbs garlic and onion powder....not salt...
2 tbs black pepper...coarse is best...

This does two gallon sized ziplocks....which is just right for my big chief smoker....

Soak over night in bags, dry, smoke....

Add teriyaki, brown sugar, peppers powder....you name it....
