Kentucky elk tag!

Hadnto cancel my trip to Oregon this year.  Got a letter in the mail telling me I was successfully drawn for a Kentucky cow tag.  2016 had 69,000 applicants and 1,010 tags issued with 10% going to non residents.  There is no preference point system so it's kind of like winning the lottery!

Congratulations. Never did the hunt, but know a couple guys who have and they tell me it's very close range hunting. Good luck!
