KUIU Load Strap

Recently I purchased a KUIU load strap accessory for my Ultra model pack. I have a 3000 bag that I use and generally use this 50 lb sand bag for training. I was really intrigued when they put the load strap out there earlier this year. Very easy and fast to switch out. Anybody else use this already or have experience? It seems like it would really be adaptive to various loads and keeps this sand bag locked in tight.

My Kelty has \'bat wings\' and load lifters that really help securing a load.

This accessory you installed is a great upgrade!

Brad, I really like your Cache hauler. That was my second option other than this (cheaper because I have the frame already). I will not go back to Alaskan Guide. Just does not fit or ride well for me. If this ends up not working like I think, Cache Hauler is next up!

I made my own for about $30 bucks. It is capable of 100# loads.
the cost includes a brand new frame and everything else. Will handle any pack plus elk quarters. If I ever get around to it I\'ll take some pictures and post them on here,

You made your own pack frame or you made your own load strap?

I\'ve got $40 in the load strap and the two minutes it took me to order it.

That\'s a good deal Aron. I think Kifaru charges about $140 for something similar.
