Lazy bugles. Bulls bedded

I've had several bulls respond with what I would call a lazy half bugle or even kind of just one chuckle.  I've closed into within 150 and only get a response or two then never see or hear them again.  Thermals and wind was excellent.  Only cow called waiting for a proper response to bugle back.  What do you do in this situation?

Do some light raking with a few soft cow calls

Hey Tim,We rarely bugled or cow called at all this season. Every year we call less and less. Best thing ive found is too approach as close as possible while they are bugling and pushing cows. Setup close an do some raking as mentioned. They almost always will come to investigate. Be ready to shoot with plenty of background cover.
