Lightweight DIY wood heater stove for spike camp

Goofing around yesterday and came across this DIY lightweight wood heater / cook stove using a couple of stainless steel pans and other parts.

The stove pipe parts (8` 3\" stainless stove pipe), came out to $134 delivered (Denver). This price also includes the stove boot, and damper.

I\'m guessing you \'could\' find the pan at wally mart for maybe $15 each (not priced).

$160 for a light weight back country wood stove is kind of interesting.

Oh, and was able to find people that set these up in hammock tents (Called hot tenting by back packers). Flipping Genius !!
