Make/take the shot?

im shooting, but im at least waiting for him to move his head. it gives me a little more margin of error. plus i would like him to have his head down or poss looking the other way just to buy myself some extra insurance on drawing and no string jump. one caution though, with this angle it will be easy to shoot to far back and one lung then gut shoot him or to far forward and hit the shoulder, either shot will result in a bad night.

This one is easy for me to decide. SHOOT! Give him 15 mins or so if the shot is good. Find him, quarter him and hang the meat. Then it\'s time to pack out one load, get some sleep and get the rest the next day! Though 2 miles from camp is nothing to sneeze at, it\'s much better than it could be!

I forgot to mention if I were there in that situation I would only be as a passer by headed to camp since it would be mid night before I got to camp from there with no interruptions...

Brad,

I need him to turn his head because all of my mounts are slightly facing right. I need one that is facing left.
I only mount them the way I shoot them ;)

I\'d let one fly.

First, seems like we have plenty of time to see what unfolds, but if this is it and I need to shoot now, then the arrow is on the way. 2 miles should not be a problem, providing I have my head lamps, extra batteries and game bags, which are part of my pack.
