Moose hunt unit 1-1 idaho

I finally drew a moose hunt in Idaho, and would love to hear any advise or areas to cover. I have heard that there are moose all over, but I could not get away to scout this year. So any advise would be greatly appreciated. I have been in the area, but it was not for scouting. PM if you can. Thanks a lot everyone.....

Sorry I don't have any advice for you, but wanted to say congrats on the tag, and I hope you have a great hunt. Be sure to keep us updated on your hunt and post pics of a the huge bull with you grinning beside it

I don't know any particular areas in 1-1 but I have heard that moose are hard to find there and getting harder all the time thanks to wolves. I would hope for an easy hunt but prepare to have to hunt hard.

It used to be said that the hardest part about moose hunting was getting the tag but I'm not sure that's the case anymore.

Did you draw the 3 month tag or one of the 2 week tags?

Either way good luck and hope you find a big one.
