New CO Preference Point Fees

Does anyone understand these new CO PP fees?

I want only a PP for pronghorn and moose. I am getting an elk and deer tag through the draw. I do not usually have either a fishing or small game license. If I do not get the fishing or small game licenses by March 31st, they charge me $30 for my resident pronghorn PP and $40 for my moose PP.

Those new fees are for NR and if you didnt get a license last year.

You should see no change in fees - just be sure to get your new Habitat stamp when you apply

Ah, I missed the statement about having had a 2013 big game license, therefore, no 2014 PP fee.

I have a lifetime habit stamp. Got it before they increased the cost.
