Congrats Brad and John! John, are you planning on heading back out again?
Planning? No, not really.
But I\'m not throwing that tag away, either! It goes until January 31, and there may be another time or two I try to sneak out there and shoot a cow. But my freezer is plenty full: two elk last year, plus some pronghorns, with another bull this year and a few more pronghorns ... I\'m going to turn my attention toward the dinner table!
I\'ve got a muzzleloader deer tag in NE left, too, and that might be a fun weekend sometime in January.
After all -- everyone needs jerky, right?
