Had my first outing last week and had multiple opportunities daily, however could not seal the deal. Either a cow would lead the herd out of the area, bulls in tow, the wind wasn't quite right and got busted, or we had too much timber between us and a bull in range. Incredibly frustrating at times. We easily put in ten miles a day with this herd from sun up to sun down. I head out again two weeks from now, and hopefully there will be a more positive story to follow. Keep up all of the good work out there folks.
