NR Big Horn Sheep Draw

Well its the first I have heard of it, but my home state of North Dakota is now starting to allow non residents to apply for a big horn sheep tag. Looks to be a little bit more expensive then the 3$ a residents applies for but could be a good chance in a random draw with no points for those seeking to go after one of these tags. ND typically has a 100% success rate on getting a mature ram. I would say on average only 5 tags are allowed. Just an FYI.....

Any idea what draw odds are like? Bonus points? Non-res quotas?

North Dakota Has not adopted a bonus point system for elk, moose, and big horn sheep.
Put you name in the hat and everyone has the same odds. Many arguments go either way on that one. I have not looked into it much yet so im not sure on the quotas/draw odds. One tag is usually auctioned off at a extremely high price. the other tags only used to go to residents so I cant say for sure. Our application just came out today so I can post new information next week on what I learn. Apps will be due at the end of march.
