I'm not talking about bathing suits. I want to know what type of quiver do you use on you elk hunts? Is it detachable or permanent? And why?

Detachable so it will fit in the case, and must be a type that holds the arrow in 3 spots so they dont come loose or vibrate when I shoot.

I've always shot a two piece. I like that they typically hold the arrows close to the bow. If I'm hunting out of a base camp I'll carry a 4-arrow, but if I'm hiking in I carry a 6-arrow.

I prefer a one piece...with quivers anyways. Quick, simple, n most importantly...quiet. My quiver has built-in dampners.

I use a cat quiver by rancho safari. My preference is no quiver on the bow. I like the balance of nothing additional on my bow. They make several models with built on backpacks. I have used them for 10+ years and will continue to do so.

Removable 1 piece, that way in the wind I have less area to get pushed around when I'm trying to aim.
