Thanks for the welcome!  I've always enjoyed the content and different perspectives of this forum.  I love the deliberate focus of this site on Elk (my passion).  I suppose I should introduce myself.


I'm an outdoorsman living in Northern Colorado. Grew up in Montana and have been hunting and fishing my entire life.  It is a 365 day/year passion for me.  Backcountry archery Elk are my game of choice.  I have an understanding, loving wife and 3 young kids.  I am an engineering supervisor in Fort Collins.
