Pioneer Mountains

I plan on hunting the Pioneer Mountains next year. Units 36a & 50 (late season). With this said, is it pretty common for BLM or National Forest Rangers to shut down the road ways leading into campgrounds/trailheads strictly based of their ?seasonal access dates? or snow fall?


Also does anybody know of any good streams that hold decent trout around Sun Valley?
