Potatoes

I\'m trying to think of some ways to use INSTANT MASHED POTATOES on my back-country hunt this year.

Any ideas of LIGHT food to mix with them for lunches?

Lots of Butter-Buds. I love mashed tatters and butter Also you could cut up Spam individual slices and add them in.

they are easy and instant! Ive tried putting every sort of thing in them, precooked chicken, tuna, pepperoni slices.... they do get old, but get the job done!

When I was up with Aaron Johnson a couple weeks ago, we put a partial bag of potatoes right in the Mtn House package and we ate it all together

Well, that actually doesn\'t sound bad for some of the Mountain House stuff.

Yep.
Add the potatoes in the Mtn House bagv[single serving size], then add the water.
Makes for a perfect meal

We eat them with mountain house also, but sometimes at the end and eat it with leftover noodle sauce kind of like a gravy. Have mixed them in as well. Just something a little extra if your hungry!
