Curious if anyone can recommend a good yet easy to use rattle bag for rutting whitetails. I\'ll be in Oklahoma over Thanksgiving visiting family and friends and this usually coincides with the peak of the rut. I\'ve got some antlers to bang together but figure I should check into an alternative. Will use a grunt tube and can bleat but thought about a rattle bag to try and get some midday action going.

Any advice or recommendation is appreciated.

I\'m currently carrying a Knight and Hale rattle pack. Not becuase it sounds great or anything just because the two pieces go together and are silent. I used to use a Knight and Hale rattle bag, I\'ve rattled in some bucks with it. I don\'t think sound is that important, just have to have the right buck at the right time. Terry may have better advice though, he lives in the land of big bucks. I\'m hunting little southeast Missouri deer so that\'s just my observation from this part of the country. I have had better luck using a Primos can in conjunction with a grunt tube and on occasion a grunt, snort wheeze. I think it really just depends on the buck though.
