I am looking at getting a new release. I like the dual caliper wrist release. I am using a velcro one now and wanting a buckle one. I am looking at the TruFire Edge Buckle Foldback. My question is do I want the leather one or would the nylon work better in hunting weather? Any experience or opinions would be appreciated.

both work great. my friend\'s leather one got beaten down. and tore.

i bet if he treated it with some leather stuff it would have lasted a lot longer.

mine is a janky velcro one. hate it..and love it. it was the one i started with and i am too stubborn to change now.

I have nylon and that thing has been great. Rain, sleet, snow... it works great.
It\'s been hunting hard for the past 2 years and still going strong. I got it with my first bow and it was used.

My son and I switched to the Scott Archery Shark. Absolutely love it!

I have a Trufire Bulldog. It\'s a single caliper with a leather buckle strap. The release folds back out of the way when you aren\'t using it. You\'re welcome to it if you want it.
