40 years in OR this year. Aggressive worked real well back in the 70\'s and 80\'s. Now days all these Elk have been hammered with calls their whole lives and they\'ve learned all that bugles isn\'t always an elk. Take each situation individually and don\'t be afraid to try different things. Despite the dvd\'s and tapes, you can\'t always call every bull in. Some of them just don\'t care. Most people forget about raking and lately it\'s been one of the best tools being used. Following them to their bed and sneaking in on them works well too if the terrain lends itself to the tactic.
