Anyone else seem to shift up their workouts year by year. I've always been a big runner and haven't put the focus on strength training and shooting that I've wanted to. Because of some lingering, likely age related : , foot issues I haven't run a single mile yet this year, but I have been shooting and lifting 4-5 days a week and shifted my cardio to power walking on an incline on the treadmill with a loaded pack. I'm anxious to see where I end up, but in the meantime I'm enjoying the change of pace.
