Sheep Shape

Will someone enlighten me in what in the sam hell is the Sheep Shape workout routine? I am wanting to switch it up and have read some stuff but nothing with specifics...
there are several but one of the ones i do regularly is the 6 minute hill.  basically, find a hill that takes 6 minutes round trip, up and back (personally, mine is an 8 minute hill).

it's a progressive workout that really works, is effective, and about as simple as it gets. 

i also shoot a round of three at the bottom of each hill climb.
